Go up through Questa about 15 miles and turn left onto sunshine valley rd. follow road about 2 miles and follow the road to the left down by house, take another left then a right next to the next property. You'll follow that road down until you see an older arena and take a left, property shaped like a L and is 3 sections. 120 acres total
